Alright, I’ve got a challenge for you butterfly fancy pants.

You passed the butterfly challenge with flying colors, no pun intended!

I don’t know about you, but when I manifested my butterfly I got really excited. Then I SORT of blew it off as no big deal… Just got lucky… But I know better. I did stop and celebrate my AWESOME POWERS OF MANIFESTATION.

I loved the butterfly stories you emailed me, thanks again!!!

QUICK STORY
After manifesting 5 different butterflies in my underpants, just kidding, I wanted to challenge myself and manifest something that doesn’t fly and is NOT a part of my day to day life.

The light bulb went on (ding) and BLUEBERRY MUFFINS danced through my head. And no I was not tripping.

A Blueberry muffin is something that I don’t ever buy or eat. Even though I think they are yummy, the sugar is too much for me.

I visualized the muffin in front of me, feeling the excitement of
manifesting a blueberry muffin. I said, Thank you, and did the
blueberry muffin dance!!!

Then I forgot about it for 2 days, and realized I needed a daily
reminder. WHY? Because I really didn’t have a strong desire to
manifest a blueberry muffin. I was just having fun flexing my
manifesting muscles.

I wrote down on a piece of yellow paper (see photo below)
“I WANT A BLUEBERRY MUFFIN”. Thank YOU!

I put it on my bathroom mirror, every time I saw that piece of
paper, I felt the excitement of manifesting a blueberry muffin
and said, “YES, thank you,” and then did the blueberry muffin
dance for 10 seconds. Then I forgot about it completely.

2 weeks go by…… NO blueberry muffin!!!! No big deal, I am already feeling as if I have manifested it!

2 days later, I was cleaning up my bathroom because a best friend of mine, Shannon, is going to be visiting me for a few
days. I saw my blueberry note and crumbled it up and threw
it away, thinking, “Oh well, I know it will show up sooner or later.”

Shannon arrives, Yea, and there’s now a mysterious bright pink
box in my kitchen???? Okay, don’t get ahead of me now.

Shannon knows I don’t eat sweets.

SIDE NOTE: Years ago, Shannon and her best friend tore apart
my kitchen/pantry looking for some cookies or treats to eat and
found nothing!!! They are now convinced I am not human.

Okay, occasionally I’ll have my Mom’s pumpkin pie. Oh wait, I do
eat a chocolate chip Clif bar every day. See, I am human!

Shannon and I are talking in the kitchen. I say, “What’s up with
the pink box?” With her southern accent, she says, “Oh nothin’.
Just some pastries and stuff. I know you don’t eat sweets, but
I brought them anyway, just in case your roommates wanted
them or somethin’!”

I open the box and see 2 odd shaped pastry thing-a-ma jigs,
3 donuts and 2 muffins, one is raisin the other is BLUEBERRY!!!!!

It’s a BLUEBERRY MUFFIN!!!! Just like I had visualized!

I tell Shannon my story and she can’t believe it, because
intellectually she thought, Don’t bring the box. But emotionally
she felt, Bring the box. She acted on the feeling, and trusted
her emotional guidance!!! Yea for Shannon!

I ran to my bathroom and pulled the piece of paper out of
the garbage and Shannon took the photo! See below.

NOW IT’S YOUR TURN… FANCY BLUEBERRY PANTS!!!

I want you to manifest a BLUEBERRY MUFFIN! Now if a blueberry
muffin is a common manifestation in your life, like maybe you
already had one for breakfast? Then its too easy, NO Blueberry
muffin challenge for you!

I want you to manifest a Cactus!!! Yes, a cactus like you find
in a desert with a coyote howling at the moon! A small cactus
in a little pot would be perfect to visualize.

Too often we get over-excited about manifesting the life
of our dreams; our vision board is filled with things that
are way beyond our current reach, and that’s okay.

But as time goes by we can get discouraged that our lover,
exciting career, and the new Prada handbag have not shown
up yet. (Guys substitute Prada for Porsche 911)

This is why I want to GIVE you the butterfly challenge.

The reason you want to manifest a butterfly is because it
will get you excited again about YOUR power to attract and
manifest!!! It’s PROOF that the Universe is not broken!

Let’s start with something small and build upon that. Then,
let’s visualize Rock Star parking spots, free lunches, meeting
that special someone and winning TUT’s next adventure!

Right now you do NOT have any resistance around manifesting a butterfly. It’s no big deal. Which is one of the reasons why some
of your desires come quicker then others – you have little or no resistance!

Okay, for FUN I want you to REALLY desire manifesting a butterfly
this week. Maybe even today! Ideally it will be a real butterfly,
but for starters, if it’s a picture of one that’s okay. Just manifest
a butterfly.

By accepting the butterfly challenge you will build up your
confidence and increase your attraction power. Plus, it’s
really good to give all of your other desires a rest because you
probably have more resistance around your big dreams than
you realize.

Let’s visualize a beautiful butterfly right now.

Put yourself in the picture and visualize this amazing

Can you believe it? My luggage did not arrive when I did. YIKES!!!
Luckily it was on my return flight home. No such thing as luck!

Did I create this reality?

Me, Mr. Positive-thinking, funny guy? YES!

Can you believe the airline did NOT put my luggage on
the plane? YES!

Will I fly this airline again? YES!

• How/why did I create this?
• Is there something wrong with me?
• Is the Universe trying to tell me something?

I just asked 3 questions, all of which are NOT going to help me.
When things don’t go your way there is only one question to
ask yourself!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This one question will dramatically change how you feel and what you continue to attract into your life! This one question ROCKS, here it is.

What would Jesus do? Just kidding! Although, it’s not a bad question.

The question is so simple you will be surprised. But before I tell you, let me remind you that you do create your own reality all the time whether you like it or not. All of it, not most of it! All of it!

When you manifest something you don’t like or want, ask yourself.

What do I want instead of this? Immediately you will be presented with new answers and desires. New desires equal new thoughts, which equals new focus, which starts attracting what you do want!!!

Be sure to ask this question from a curious feel-good place. If you ask this question and you’re angry and upset you will not come up with any answers that serve you.

Answers: I want my luggage to arrive on time. I want the airline to be successful at handling every ones luggage. I want this to be a non-issue. I want to focus on all the other flights I have taken and how my luggage always arrived on time. I want to stay focused on how amazing it is that I can fly through the air at 32,000 feet while watching a movie and arrive on the other side of the world with my luggage. I want to continue to love traveling! I want to applaud all the baggage handlers who have a huge job every day! I want this to be a non-issue.

In every moment we get to decide what questions we ask ourselves and what to focus on. Focus equals feeling, and how you feel is how you attract. You are always in control! This applies to everyday little things as well as big issues you may be dealing with today.

Next time something does not go your way use it to your advantage and ask yourself. What do I want instead of this? Make sure you ask with a smile and focus on the positive. By staying focused on what you want instead of what you don’t want, you are going to start creating a new reality that’s 100 times better!

This past weekend I stayed out on the beach
for my 20 year college (Ringling School of Art and Design)
reunion. WOW!!! It was awesome to see everyone!

None of us could believe how fast the time has gone!
The simple lesson there is, carpe diem -
The next 20 years is tomorrow!

Saturday was a beautiful day. I rented a Hobie Cat
and went sailing for a couple hours with my best friend,
who looked really hot in her polka dot bikini!

Sunday morning I was sitting on my balcony looking
out on the Gulf of Mexico watching the most amazing
dark, ominous clouds filled with thunder and lighting
approaching the beach!!!

You could see the big storm clouds moving in;
you could feel the breeze blowing harder and
feel the energy in the air.

It’s funny, everywhere I go this summer on my
tour (Seattle, Chicago, Santa Fe, etc.) everyone
tells me if you don’t like the weather wait 10 minutes,
it will change!

It’s funny because everyone that says it believes
that where they live is the only place that the
weather changes so fast!

How come we don’t apply this same attitude towards
our own reality? If you don’t like your current reality,
don’t worry. You can change it in 10 minutes or 10
years, you get to decide!

Reality is not permanent, it appears permanent but
it’s not! It’s your thoughts that need changing
because that is what is creating your reality! This
is often overlooked. It sounds too simple to change
your thoughts! Instead we try to change the physical
conditions forgetting that it was thought that created
the physical conditions.

Sunday morning as this big storm rolled in it was hard
to believe that just yesterday it was a perfect day at
the beach! The storm hit with full force, the wind and
rain blasted the hotel, it was awesome! 10 minutes later
it was gone and the sun started to break through the
clouds!

What are the big storms in your life right now?

The only thing you can do is accept and embrace
the big storms in your life and know that behind
them are blue skies and sunshine.

Same with negative emotions. Behind frustration,
anger, revenge, fear, etc. is joy, love and laughter!

The only way to change your weather is to change
your thoughts. The fun way to do this is by telling
yourself a NEW story of how things are beginning
to get better!

I am a big fan of creating a new story of your success
and happiness and start telling it to yourself right now
before you even see the sunshine and blue skies. See

No matter how fast your life is going right now, no
matter how many storms are happening right now!
You must start telling yourself a new story of how
things are starting to get better and how you are
finally beginning to stay more positive in the middle
of a big storm!!!

How you’re becoming more focused on your desires
and how your life is getting better and better and
how everything always works out for you!!!

It’s your resistance that keeps you from
having it now!

One of the best ways I have found to let
go of resistance is to make PEACE with where
I am in relation to where I want to be.

It’s not in trying harder, meditating longer
visualizing more or going to Burning Man.
It’s making peace that puts you into the
receiving mode.

Making peace is using the Law of Allowing.

Here’s what happens when you make peace
with your current situation:

• You start attracting more opportunities to you
• The Universe starts creating synchronicities
• You have more energy and get sick less often
• You become more in tune with your inner guidance
• You increase your attraction power

Resistance is a killer. You MUST let go of it!

Make peace with exactly the way things are right
now today! This does NOT mean let go of your desire.
It means let go of the stress and anxiety around your
desire. Let go of trying to figure out how. Let go of
trying to force it to happen.

I came up with a simple yet powerful way to
remember to let go of your resistance. Next time
you feel yourself getting frustrated with where you
are and you feel that you should be further along
with your career, relationships, finances, health etc.

Say to yourself:

I AM WHERE I AM, IT IS WHAT IT IS.
PLOP, PLOP, FIZZ, FIZZ, OH WHAT A RELIEF IT IS!!!!

This will instantly shift your vibration of attraction
and remind you to be okay with where you are,
no matter how long you have been there.

Actually the longer you have been there the more
you need to make peace with being there! It’s not
going to be forever. Everything is always changing
and if you want change to be in your favor then you
have got to MAKE PEACE with where you are in
relation to where you want to be.

I AM WHERE I AM is powerful because it brings
you into the present moment where all of your
creative power will always be.

IT IS WHAT IT IS is powerful because you stop
making it worse than it is. You see your situation
as it is but don’t make it worse than it is! It is what
it is! You created it, now you get to deal with it.
Don’t make it worse than it is!

PLOP, PLOP, FIZZ, FIZZ, OH WHAT A RELIEF IT IS!!!
This comes from the old TV commercial for Alka Seltzer!
Depending on how old you are you may or may not
remember that commercial. This creates a simple
rhyme that makes it easy to remember and reminds
you to have fun with the art of manifesting!

The whole thing put together is a powerful incantation
that quickly puts you into the receiving mode of your
desires! It enables you to make the most of where
you are even though you want to be further along.
It gives you back your creative power and puts you
into the present moment where you can get the
most out of life!

NOW LETS MAKE PEACE:
Right now think of something in your life that you
want to manifest that has been taking too long.

Got it? Good!

Now when you start to feel negative emotions around
your desire, stop and say to yourself:

I AM WHERE I AM, IT IS WHAT IT IS.
PLOP, PLOP, FIZZ, FIZZ, OH WHAT A RELIEF IT IS!!!!

Do you want to know why your BIG dream is taking sooooo long to manifest?

Well for $1,950 I’ll tell you! Just kidding!

Here are some possible mistakes you could be making:

1. You’re trying too hard. (creating resistance)
2. You’re taking the wrong type of action.
3. You’ve made the dream more important than it is.
4. You’re not paying attention to how you really feel.
5. You’re not trusting the Universe.
6. You don’t believe you’re worthy.
7. You’re still playing the blame game.
8. All of the above.

Each of the above could be discussed further; however I am not going to do that. I want to simplify it for you! Because I truly believe manifesting your BIG dream is easy!!! As easy as a parking spot! See my previous blog!

Oh! And it’s not because of a past life, or a sacred contract or because you were not loved or abused as a child!!!!

Here’s a common scenario. You do everything you can possibly think of to make your dream come true and you have nothing to really show for it! Then your dream gets so big in your head and you feel so small that anything you do seems ridiculous.

It’s like trying to put out a forest fire with a glass of water. Like trying to build a sand castle with a hammer!

When you have everything riding on this dream, it feels like it must come true and it’s really, really, really important to you, that’s when you can cross the line.

What line?

The line that separates belief and doubt.

When you cross the line and start dancing with doubt you start creating resistance!!!!!!!!!!!

Then you try harder, hold on tighter, and you’re creating more resistance.

You are now vibrating doubt, fear and uncertainty. Not happiness, gratitude and appreciation.

Can you relate to having a super BIG dream that is taking way to long!!!!!!!????

Of course you can. Stop and ask yourself what is it you’re really after?

You’re after the feeling not the dream. The dream gives you a target to focus your creative energy and something to move towards!!!! Your dream allows you to discover who you really are and become the magnificent creator that you’re supposed to be!

This is where detachment from your BIG dream is vital to the manifestation. You must allow the Universe to deliver the feeling you’re after the best way possible. Which means the Universe might deliver your dream in a different package. Keep your eyes open and be flexible!

You have to cross back over the line into believing. But let’s go beyond believing into KNOWING!!!!

Knowing is much more powerful vibration than believing! Notice how much more confident you feel, when you know it is going to happen rather than believing or hoping. When you create the feeling (vibration) of knowing within your body, you become relaxed. You feel confident and happy!

Let me ask you, right now, when you think about your BIG dream do you feel confident and happy, relaxed and excited? If not, then you need to work on knowing it and feeling it! And as often as you can create the feeling of happiness, gratitude and appreciation in your body!!! This puts you in the receiving vibration!!!!

Know your big dream is on the way and relax. Know it and chill out. Know it and start having fun today!!!! You have to feel the vibration that it’s already done, give thanks, boogie down, celebrate and
have fun!

Know it. Live it. Allow it!

You’ve been taught that it must be hard,
Well that is just a bunch of lard.

Remember, it’s the Universe’s job to figure out how,
Your job is to ask, give thanks and be happy now!

I AM GUILTY of making my life harder then it is! Are you guilty too? Say yes, I don’t want to be alone!!!

I say enough of making life & manifesting harder then it needs to be!!!!

Below is my NEW formula, actually I have been using it for a long time! I have now decided to share this top secret formula with you, my beloved reader!!!!

This formula works every time, I am living proof. I dare you to start using it… double dare ya!!!!

1. Ask for what you want! ASK! When you ask for something the Universe hears your request and gives it to you! The reason you don’t receive it immediately is because you don’t believe you can have it that easily. Plus, there is a built in time lag because life would be scary if everything you asked for was instant.

2. Say THANK YOU!!!! Start saying thank you even before you receive your desire. Say thank you every day through out the day! Just say thank you, thank you, thank you! Why? I’ll explain in a minute.

3. Be HAPPY NOW!!!! Why is this so hard? Because when we were kids we were not happy until we got what we wanted. We had to show our parents how sad or disappointed we were until we got what we wanted! Showing the Universe how sad and disappointed you are does NOT work!!!!!!

Let me tell you a story
Once upon a time…. I was flying to South Carolina. When I booked online I tried to get a first class seat but it was sold out! Bummer dude!

STEP 1 I ASKED for first class! I asked the airline and the Universe!

STEP 2 I started saying THANK YOU!!! Even though first class was sold out! THANK YOU and I felt gratitude and appreciation!!!

STEP 3 I started being HAPPY before I had my seat in first class! Crazy I know!!!!

Right now imagine yourself being happy without your desire!!!!!!!! Can you do it?

I have learned not to wait on the outside world to give me my desire before I allow myself to BE HAPPY!

When I arrived at the gate, I checked for first class seating, nothing! NO seats! Bummer dude! However, I did not let this bother me even though I needed the extra leg room and space to continue writing my book on my big 17 inch laptop!

Even though I had no seat in first class, I was happy and saying THANK YOU! Then I forgot about it and was busy writing my book and creating art!

I am now boarding the plane and the flight attendant says, “Mr. Dooley there’s a seat available and we’d like to upgrade you to first class!!!!!!!!!!”

Amen!!! Sing it with me AMEN, AMEN, woo-hooooooooo!

Why is saying thank you so important!!!!
Because it shifts your vibration and makes you feel good! Remember how you feel is how you attract! Saying thank you puts you into the receiving vibration of your desire!

Being happy now also puts you into the receiving vibration, plus you look so much better with that big smile on your face!

Now it’s your turn
What is something you’ve been asking for??? Now say thank you as if it was already in your life! Visualize it as part of your life. Now smile really big and be happy! Be as happy as you can be!!! And really feel the gratitude and appreciation!!!!

You might be thinking, this is WAY too easy, so easy you don’t try it!
Do it for the next 72 hours and watch what happens!

Sometimes it’s HARD to hear those words, “Follow your bliss!”

“SHUT UP! I tried, it doesn’t work, leave me alone!”

Yikes…. see what I mean!

You know you want to, you know it’s important! But you feel like you’re headed down the wrong road!

All roads lead to Rome. “Great, last time I checked the Roman empire collapsed!” Do collapsing empires sound familiar?

I have GOOD NEWS!

No matter what road you’re on, no matter how far from your ‘bliss’
you think you might be, you can easily get back on track!

“WHAT? Please explain, Andy!”

Okay, inside of you right now is the most incredibly advanced cosmically charged guidance system ever created! This system
is ALWAYS guiding you to your desires!

This system always knows where you are and where you want to be!
Call it your angels, Inner being, Greater self, Spirit guides or Bob!

Bob gives you guidance in the form of… emotion! Sweet emotion or painful emotion!

Unfortunately, most people are numb to how they feel and are stuck
in their heads trying to think their way through life instead of
feeling their way!

If you want to get out of your head and start following your bliss

When you feel annoyed, stressed out, frustrated, angry, fearful and depressed it means you are thinking thoughts that are taking you down a road that will take an extra long time to get to your bliss.

However, if you’re feeling grateful, appreciative, excited, happy, passionate and joyful, it means you are thinking thoughts that
are taking you directly to your bliss!

QUESTION: How do you feel those positive emotions when you’re surrounded by an environment or people you do NOT like?

a. You do the hokey pokey
b. You practice breath of fire sitting on your head
c. You look for anything to appreciate
d. You reach for a quart of Chunky Monkey
e. You remember it’s all an illusion

Each of the above answers will actually work in the moment, but the best answer that will serve you long term is C. The more you start looking for nouns (person, place or thing) to appreciate, the quicker you shift your vibration of attraction and the faster doors of opportunities will open and the right people will start appearing
on your path.

Actually the doors of opportunity and people are always on your path, it’s just that when you’re feeling those negative emotions you can’t see them!!!

The more you focus on what is working and what you can appreciate, even if you have to appreciate the same thing every day but in a different way, the sooner the road you’re on will turn into your bliss!

Here’s something you can do right now to start following your bliss:

First, appreciate yourself and allow yourself to feel good for getting out of bed!

Second, think of something that you enjoy doing or would love to be doing… I’ll wait…! Got it? Good!

Third, what is one simple thing you can do today that will bring you closer to living your bliss tomorrow?
